e-Procurement
OFB e-procurement system is likely to be launched from 26th October 2010, for procurement of Raw Materials, Components, Plants & Machinery and Civil Works of estimated value of Rs 10 Lakhs and above by Ordnance Factories.
The system will be launched at https://ofbeproc.gov.in .
Vendors/suppliers wanting to participate are required to obtain Class 3 Digital Signature Certificate from any one of the seven Certifying Authorities listed at http://cca.gov.in .
